Online Pilates

Rosamund is doing online pilates (form and function), there is a lot of core work and leg lengthening exercises. It feels as if posture has improved and has helped with riding. Free 24hr pre-trial, then £11/month for unlimited access to a library of pre-recorded exercises, varying between 10min warm-ups, beginners, intermediate/advanced.
